• Bitwise ANDCompares two whole numbers bit by bit. A bit of the result is on only when that bit is on in both numbers, so it keeps just the bits a mask allows.
• Bitwise NOTFlips every bit of a whole number: each bit that was on turns off, and each bit that was off turns on.
• Bitwise ORCompares two whole numbers bit by bit. A bit of the result is on when that bit is on in either number, so it turns bits on.
• Bitwise XORCompares two whole numbers bit by bit. A bit of the result is on when that bit is on in exactly one of the numbers, so it flips the bits the second number has on.
• BOOLA data type with two values: on (1) or off (0). Buttons, lamps and most contacts use it.
