One coil per output
Every OTE writes its tag on every scan, true or false. With two OTEs on Pump, the second one decides.
Two coils on one tag
Global.AutoRunXIC
Global.PumpOTE
Global.ManualRunXIC
Global.PumpOTE
1. AutoRun on. Rung 0 writes 1 to Pump, then rung 1 writes 0 because ManualRun is off. Pump ends the scan off.

2. ManualRun on. Only the lower rung counts, so Pump turns on.

Good to know
- Find every rung that writes a tag with Find References on the tag.
- OTL and OTU on the same tag are the exception: they write only while their rung is true, so they are meant to be used as a pair.
